Common side effects observed while medicating with Duloxetine are constipation, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, blurred vision or increased sweating may occur. Inform your doctor if these conditions persist or get worse. There are some serious side effects which must be informed to the doctor right away if observed such as confusion, easy bruising/bleeding, decreased interest in sex, changes in sexual ability, muscle cramp/weakness, shaking (tremor), difficulty urinating, signs of liver problems (nausea/vomiting that doesn't stop, stomach/abdominal pain, yellowing eyes/skin, dark urine) etc. There are also some severe allergic reactions involved with these medications which require immediate medical attention if observed such as rash, itching/swelling (especially of the face/tongue/throat), trouble breathing, severe dizziness, fast heartbeat, hallucination, loss of coordination, severe dizziness, severe nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, twitching muscles, unexplained fever, unusual agitation/restlessness etc.
